Common use of Xxxxxxxxxx Rights Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxxxx Rights. The County and SEIU 521 agree that it is in the best interest of both parties and the best interest of the County employees that all employees be informed of these rights. The County agrees that every employee who is subject to an administrative investigatory interview by management will be given a copy of their Xxxxxxxxxx Rights and a form to indicate if he/she wishes to invoke his/her Xxxxxxxxxx Rights.
