Common use of XXXXXXXXX EVALUATION COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

XXXXXXXXX EVALUATION COMMITTEE. The Tallmadge Evaluation Committee (TEC) will continue to provide additional stakeholder input relative to the development and subsequent revision of that Board policy in addition to making recommendations to the Board and Association for approval to changes to this Article for OTES/OSCES and Non-OTES/OSCES teachers as the law/frameworks evolve. The parties agree that the TEC will be reconvened to recommend changes to this Article and related Appendices as soon as practical after the changes to the evaluation system(s) have been approved by ODE.
