Xxxxxxx and Social Media. (a) Digital Media Submission (Facebook, YouTube, iTunes, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) Affiliates may upload, submit, and/or publish Tori Belle-related video, audio, or photo content that they develop and create so long as such video, audio, or photo content aligns with the Company’s values, contribute to the Tori Belle community’s greater good, and be in compliance with Tori Belle’s Policies and Procedures. Affiliates may “share” any content that is posted by the corporate office, on the publicly available Tori Belle Cosmetics Facebook or Instagram accounts or any other publicly available social media accounts. Affiliates may not upload, submit, or publish any content (video, audio, presentations or any computer files) received from the Company or captured at official Company events or in buildings owned or operated by the Company without prior written permission.

  • Social Media Policy Employee understands that no information about his/her location, plans for the day or pictures of family members should be shared on any social media network. Employee will also not tell strangers to the family (i.e. caregiver’s friends) where he/she is spending the day, unless the family has authorized.

  • Social Media As part of the functionality of the Website, you may link your account with online accounts you may have with third party service providers (each such account, a “Third Party Account”) by either: (i) providing your Third Party Account login information through the Website; or (ii) allowing Company to access your Third Party Account, as is permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of each Third Party Account. You represent that you are entitled to disclose your Third Party Account login information to Company and/or grant Company access to your Third Party Account (including, but not limited to, for use for the purposes described herein), without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third Party Account and without obligating Company to pay any fees or making Company subject to any usage limitations imposed by such third party service providers.
