XXXXXX’S LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. 5.1 If the Bidder , its employees, agents or contractors directly or indirectly causes any loss in connection with claims arising out of services/scope of work performed as mentioned herein or otherwise relating to any damage to person or property during the performance of the Contract, the Bidder will bear all liability on behalf of WIAI. If someone (including any third party) makes a claim against WIAI (whether during or after the completion and/or termination of the Contract) for any loss or damage to person or property directly or indirectly caused by the Bidder, its employees, agents or contractors during the performance of the Contract, the Bidder must indemnify and hold WIAI harmless from and against any and all loss, damage or liability, whether criminal or civil, suffered by WIAI in connection therewith and reimburse WIAI for any costs it has incurred in connection therewith (including actual legal costs on a full indemnity basis) whether during or after the completion and/or termination of the Contract.

  • Property Damage Lessee shall obtain and maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, Trade Fixtures, and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property, Trade Fixtures and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations.
