Xxxxxx Marlborough DHB. 5.1 Employees who fully participate in the on-call roster will receive two days annual leave in addition to 15.1 above. An additional two days annual leave will be granted to staff required to participate in shift work in accordance with clause 5.7. All leave will be on a pro-rata basis for part time employees. This clause shall cease to have effect from 1 December 2008.
