Xxxxxx Compliance. The Union shall comply with the requirements set forth in Chicago Teachers Union x. Xxxxxx, 475 U.S. 292 (1986) for the deduction of agency shop fees. Annually, the Union shall certify in writing to the City that the Union has complied with the requirements set forth in this section and in Xxxxxx, 475 U.S. 292.

Xxxxxx Compliance. Each of DIB Sukuk Limited and Dubai Islamic Bank PJSC hereby agrees that it has accepted the Xxxxx'a compliant nature of the Transaction Documents to which it is a party and, to the extent permitted by law, further agrees that:

Xxxxxx Compliance. Baxter shall comply (or cause compliance) in all material respects with all laws, rules, regulations and directives applicable to the conduct of Xxxxxx'x business or the possession of Products pursuant to this Agreement including the following:
