Written Statement for New Employees. The County will provide a written statement to each new employee hired into a classification which is in the Social Services Unit or Community Aide Unit that their classification is represented by Local 1021, and the name of a representative of Local 1021. The County shall provide an opportunity for the Union to make a thirty (30) minute presentation at the end of the Human Resources Department’s new employee orientation meetings.
