Workloads. When an employee believes his or her workload to be excessive, he or she may raise the matter with his or her immediate supervisor. If the employee is not satisfied with the response, the employee may raise the issue with the Employer’s designated Human Resources official and is then entitled to union representation.

The parties agree to meet on a regular basis to address workload concerns with the first meeting scheduled not later than one-month after reaching agreement on this contract.
