Working Tapes. Notwithstanding Paragraph A. above, the final dress rehearsal may be captured solely for test blocking, scratch tape, working tape or sound test purposes (“working tapes”). The Employer shall require the audio-visual producer to provide the musicians with notice of intent to make such tapes. The Employer shall require the Producer to guarantee that no such tape shall be edited into the finished product nor used for any other purpose except those set forth in this paragraph. If any portion of the working tape is edited into the final product, the Employer shall pay a penalty of $100 to each Musician.

  • Working Alone Agencies will develop practices and procedures to minimize as much as possible any situations where employees work alone in potentially hazardous areas and, in those cases where employees are required to work alone, Agencies will develop practices and procedures to minimize as much as possible any potential risk to the affected employees. A periodic check on the safety of employees who work alone in potentially hazardous areas will be made or a means of communication to the worksite base location will be provided to employees who work alone in potentially hazardous areas.

  • Working Time 6.1 The standard working week for full time employees is 37 hours (36 in London). This may be calculated over a period other than a week in accordance with the provisions of Part 3.

  • Paid Time to Working Time Full-time employees absent on approved leave, paid by the Hospital or by the Workers' Compensation Board, shall for the purposes of computing overtime pay during the work schedule in which the absence occurred, be considered as having worked their regularly scheduled hours during such leave of absence. No pyramiding shall result from the application of this provision. The foregoing shall also apply in cases of short term leaves of absence for Union business approved by the Hospital under the applicable provisions of the Collective Agreement where payment is made to the employee by the Union.

  • Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.

  • Access to Personnel Files All employees shall be allowed access to their personnel files during normal working hours for inspection and/or copies of documents which will be provided by the Employer. Such inspection shall be made subject to prior arrangement with the Employer.

  • Supervisors Working (a) The work of Supervisors will not include assignment to work normally performed by employees of the bargaining unit except for training or demonstration. “Training or demonstration” shall not be used as a subterfuge for the performing of any bargaining unit work. Any claimed abuses will be referred to the Grievance Procedure. Where possible, the shop xxxxxxx will be notified. Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit work until after all rea- sonable efforts have been exhausted to have the work covered.
