Workday and Workweek. (a) The standard day shift shall be up to seven and one-half (7½) hours per day. The standard workweek shall consist of up to thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week. (b) Regular Part-Time Employees - for the purposes of overtime calculations, regular part-time employees who secure extra shifts shall do so at straight-time rates. However, they shall not work more than five (5) consecutive days per week, seven and one-half (7½) hours per day or thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week without receiving overtime rates.
