WORK SCHEDULES; ATTENDANCE; HOURS OF WORK. 13.1 Work Schedules The County has the management right to determine the hours when a facility, building, or service shall be in operation or available to County residents, and to determine its staffing needs during those hours of operation. Should the County change the work schedules of bargaining unit members, the County shall provide reasonable advance notice of the scheduling changes to the Union, and upon request, bargain with the Union regarding any bargainable aspects of the implementation of the proposed change. At the time that the County informs the employee of a County initiated change to an employee’s schedule, the County will provide the employee and the Union written notice of the reason(s) for the schedule change.
