Common use of Work Performed – Members of the Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Work Performed – Members of the Bargaining Unit. No work shall be performed within the bargaining unit by persons outside the bargaining unit except in the event of an emergency or for the purpose of training and/or instructions, product testing and development, and in cases due to absenteeism or immediate need. The Shop Xxxxxxx will be informed of the reasons or conditions that would cause Management to perform the work.
