Common use of Work Performed by Supervisors or Technical Personnel Clause in Contracts

Work Performed by Supervisors or Technical Personnel. Supervisory personnel shall not do the work of Employees in the bargaining unit which will lead to lay off or deprive such Employees of work regularly performed by them. This does not prevent such supervisory personnel from performing necessary functions of instructions or assistance or from operating equipment or processes in emergencies.
