Common use of Work on a Holiday Clause in Contracts

Work on a Holiday. ‌ Where the Employer requires an employee to work on a designated holiday and the employee does, such employee shall receive one and one-half times the employee’s regular straight time hourly rate for all hours so worked and another day off with pay in lieu of the holiday in accordance with Article 14.02.
