Withdrawal from the Convention. 1. Should either the European Union or Switzerland give notice in writing to the depositary of the Convention of their intention to withdraw from the Convention according to Article 9 thereof, the European Union and Switzerland shall immediately enter into negoti- ations on rules of origin for the purpose of implementing the Agreement.

Should either the European Union or the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority of the West Bank and the Gaza Stripgive notice in writing to the depositary of the Convention of their intention to withdraw from the Convention in accordance with Article 9 thereof, the Union and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip shall immediately enter into negotiations on rules of origin for the purpose of imple- xxxxxxx this Agreement.
Withdrawal from the Convention. 1. Should either the European Union or the Kingdom of Denmark in respect of the Faroe Islands give notice in writing to the depositary of the Convention of their intention to withdraw from the Convention according to Article 9 thereof, the European Union and the Kingdom of Denmark in respect of the Faroe Islands shall immediately enter into negotiations on rules of origin for the purpose of implementing the Agreement.
Withdrawal from the Convention. 1. Any OSJD Member may at any time withdraw from this Convention by means of submission of a respective notification to the Depositary.

Should either the EFTA States or Turkey give notice in writing to the depositary of the Convention of their intention to withdraw from the Convention according to its Article 9, the EFTA States and Turkey shall immediately enter into negotiations on rules of origin for the purpose of implementing the Agreement.

Withdrawal from the Convention. 1. If a Party withdraws from the Convention, the Parties shall immediately enter into negotiations on new rules of origin applicable to the Agreement.
