Incidental Fees. There are a number of incidental fees and charges that a Resident may incur while living in Residence that include, but are not limited to, lockout fees, key replacement fees, room change fees, maintenance and cleaning fees, and repair and replacement charges. These fees and charges are posted to the Resident’s ACORN account and are subject to Section 4.5 of this Agreement.

Incidental Fees. Students enrolled in the Basic Degree and Advanced Degree programs of the TST who as a group have elected to pay the U of T’s compulsory non-academic incidental fees may access U of T student services. This fee is established annually by the Governing Council of the University. The U of T will notify the TST of the approved or proposed incidental fees for student services no later than March 31 of each year. Any new services (as opposed to the expansion of existing services) to be introduced and funded by the Student Services Fee will be discussed with the Executive Committee of the TST Board and ratified by the Board in regard to their accessibility by TST students.

Incidental Fees. All payments for any incidentals that arise during the school year such as field trips, lunch orders, athletics, the extended day program, and after school clubs must be made online. You will receive an invoice when charges have been added to your student’s account. These fees must be paid in full at the time the invoice is received, as they will not be automatically deducted by FACTS (unless you choose the AutoPay option).
