Notifying Emergency Clause Samples

The Notifying Emergency clause establishes the requirement for a party to promptly inform the other party in the event of an emergency that could impact the agreement or its performance. Typically, this clause outlines the method and timeframe for delivering such notice, such as requiring written or electronic communication within a specified period after the emergency arises. Its core function is to ensure timely communication during critical situations, enabling both parties to respond appropriately and mitigate potential risks or damages.
Notifying Emergency. Contact The Resident acknowledges that by signing this Agreement the Resident authorizes Student Housing & Residence Life to contact the Resident’s emergency contact in the event of an emergency situation, regardless of the age of the Resident, and as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Student Housing & Residence Life.
