Willingness to Contract for Other Performances. In the event the National Pageant is arranged to be produced into a film, television show or Internet production (e.g., a documentary or reality show), I understand and agree to contract with any necessary third parties to allow for participation in said production. In the event I am unable or unwilling to contract with said third parties or unable or unwilling otherwise to participate in said production, MAP shall have the authority to declare me ineligible to participate as an At-Large Titleholder in the National Pageant and revoke any appointed title. I understand and agree that there will be NO REFUNDS of any kind. No Exceptions!
