Authorization to Perform Services. The Consultant is not authorized to perform any services or incur any costs whatsoever under the terms of this Agreement until receipt of a written Notice to Proceed from the City.
Authorization to Perform Services. The Contractor is not authorized to perform any services or incur any costs whatsoever under the terms of this Agreement until receipt of authorization from the Contract Administrator.
Authorization to Perform Services. The Consultant is not authorized to perform any services or incur any costs whatsoever under the terms of this Agreement until receipt of authorization from VCTC’s contract administrator.
Authorization to Perform Services. NCPA is not authorized to perform any Services or incur any costs whatsoever under the terms of this Agreement until receipt of authorization from each of the Contracting Members’ Authorized Representative following receipt of the required approvals under the terms of this Agreement.
Authorization to Perform Services. Each instance in which CGI will perform Services for Customer will be authorized by execution of a Statement of Work. Each such Statement of Work will constitute a separate contract between the signing parties incorporating the terms and conditions of DIR Contract DIR-TSO-2567 and this Agreement by reference. Each Statement of Work will describe the Services to be provided under it with specificity. It will also identify the “Statement of Work Manager” for each party who will serve as that party’s principal point of contact with the other party for all matters pertaining to that Statement of Work. Each party may change its Statement of Work Manager from time to time upon written notice to the other. A Statement of Work may amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they apply to that particular Statement of Work, but only if the Statement of Work expressly identifies the section(s) of this Agreement that are being amended.
Authorization to Perform Services. Each separate project or CGI work assignment will be authorized by the execution of a Statement of Work. Each Statement of Work will constitute a separate contract between the signing parties incorporating the terms and conditions of DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-3826 and this Agreement by reference. A Statement of Work may amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they apply to that particular Statement of Work, but only if the Statement of Work expressly identifies the section(s) that are being amended.
Authorization to Perform Services a. Client will ensure that only its representative(s) who have authority to request Services may submit a service request ticket through Provider’s Help Desk system.
Authorization to Perform Services. Deluxe or an Affiliate of Deluxe may order Services from eFunds under any current Statement of Work by executing a Work Order. Within one hundred twenty (120) days of the Effective Date, Deluxe and eFunds shall establish a mutually acceptable written procedure for the preparation and appropriate approval and execution of Work Orders for such ordered Services, including procedures for Work Orders issued by Affilates of Deluxe. Until such time as such written procedure has been approved by both parties, eFunds shall perform such Services as are approved in writing by Deluxe's Relationship Manager (as defined in Section 4.3). For the purposes of this Agreement, each such written directive or approval shall be treated as a Work Order. Deluxe shall be obligated to pay for Services and eFunds shall be obligated to perform such Services only pursuant to such a duly approved and executed Work Order. No accepted Work Order shall be deemed amended or modified except upon the express written approval of the parties.

The Consultant is not authorized to perform any services or incur any costs whatsoever under the terms of this Agreement until receipt of a written Notice to Proceed from the City for each task set forth in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, and for each optional task set forth in Exhibit A and Exhibit B.
Authorization to Perform Services. You hereby authorize the Provider to perform diagnostics, repair and installation services on your Product (PC’s, Servers, Software, etc.). You agree to pay for such Work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
