Where Global Sample Clauses
The "Where Global" clause defines the scope or applicability of certain terms, conditions, or obligations on a worldwide basis. For example, a confidentiality obligation or a restriction on use might be enforced globally, regardless of where the parties operate. Where Global. Connection has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Global Connection. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will make alternative arrangements available to Global Connection (e.g. hairpinning).
Where Global e has authorized the use of its DHL account details by a third party, or where Global-e has failed on its commercially reasonable obligations to keep its account details secure resulting in the fraudulent use of the account by a third party, then Global-e shall be liable and shall indemnify DHL for all Charges incurred on Global-e’s account with regards to such fraudulent use.
Where Global. Crossing has reserved multiple Loop facilities on a single reservation, Global Crossing may not specify which facility shall be provisioned when submitting the LSR. For those occasions, BellSouth will assign to Global Crossing, subject to availability, a facility that meets the BellSouth technical standards of the BellSouth type Loop as ordered by Global Crossing.
