Global Crossing definition

Global Crossing means Level 3 GC, Ltd., as the surviving entity of the amalgamation of Global Crossing Limited, an exempt company with limited liability organized under the laws of Bermuda, with Apollo Amalgamation Sub, Ltd., an exempt company with limited liability organized under the laws of Bermuda.

Global Crossing shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble --------------- hereto.

Global Crossing means Global Crossing Bandwidth, Inc. and any company under common control, directly or indirectly, with Global Crossing which supports it in the provision of the Service.

Global Crossing or “the Company” means Global Crossing North America, Inc., Global Crossing Telecommunications, Inc., Global Crossing Bandwidth, Inc., and Budget Call Long Distance, Inc. and their predecessors-in-interest and successors-in-interest, collectively.
