Common use of Weekly Hours Clause in Contracts

Weekly Hours. 41.1.1 The hours of work for full-time professional services employees are 35 hours per week. Unless specified otherwise, the normal work pattern is five days per week, seven hours per day. 41.1.2 The hours of work for part-time professional services employees will be less than 35 hours per week. The hours of work and work pattern will be advised in their employment contract or other formal documentation issued by People & Culture. 41.1.3 Nothing in this clause will prevent the University and the employee from entering into an IFA or a flexible work arrangement.
