Existing Members. Each of the Persons listed on Schedule A hereto is hereby admitted, or has previously been admitted, as a Member.
Existing Members. All Eligible Members who have been listed as Members under the List of Members annexed to the Schedule shall be covered as Members under the Group Policy from the Effective Date of the Group Policy.
Existing Members. With regard to any new issuance in accordance with Section 8.1.1 above, an existing Member may subscribe for additional Units, and the Company may issue to such existing Member additional Units, in the same manner and subject to the same terms and conditions, as prescribed for the issuance of Units to new Members in Section 8.1.1.

Existing Members. Members who have been hired prior to the date of execution of this Agreement shall utilize the following schedule for Vacation Accruals: In addition to the Holiday vacation day entitlement covered under Article 5, Members, as of the first day in any Vacation Year, shall be entitled to vacations as follows: Less than one year One year through 6 years Over 6 years through 13 years Over 13 years through 17 years Over 17 years 80 working hours times number of months of continuous service divided by 12 (rounded to the nearest full day) 80 working hours 120 working hours 160 working hours 200 working hours
Existing Members. Each of the Xxxxxx Member, Stratfor Enterprises, LLC (“Stratfor”), Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and Stratfor Holdings, LLC (“Stratfor Holdings”) is hereby admitted as a Member as of the date hereof. Such Persons are the only Members as of the date hereof. The Company hereby issues on the date hereof to each Member the number and type of Units specified for such Member on Schedule 1.
Existing Members. The L&R Program benefits all Members. It is an integral portion of NCPA’s core function and is necessary in order to protect the investments NCPA and its Members have made in their public power assets. It is therefore mandatory for all Members of NCPA to become a signatory to this Agreement.
