Common use of Warranty of Work Clause in Contracts

Warranty of Work. Each of PG&E and XXX shall cause their ---------------- respective contractors, subcontractors and agents who perform work to install the System (including, without limitation the Contractor) to warrant their work in accordance with industry standards and practices and the terms of this Agreement (including, without limitation, the Cable Specifications). In addition, PG&E or XXX, as applicable, shall, at its own cost and expense, enforce the provisions of such warranties following completion of the work.
