Waiver Request Procedure. If the Grantee wants HUD to approve a waiver of a regulatory requirement, it must submit a request with sufficient information and justification to enable HUD to make a determination of good cause for granting any such request to deviate from existing regulations. Until such time as the Grantee requests and HUD, in its discretion, approves any such requests in writing, the Grantee does not have authority to implement the activities described in the HOPE VI Application to which the request for approval applies (or for which a request for approval is needed).

  • Request for Consent If Tenant desires at any time to enter into an Assignment of this Lease or a Sublease of the Premises or any portion thereof for which Landlord’s consent is required, it shall first give written notice to Landlord of its desire to do so, which notice shall contain (i) the name of the proposed assignee, subtenant or occupant; (ii) the name and nature of the proposed assignee’s, subtenant’s, or occupant’s business to be carried on in the Premises; (iii) the terms and provisions of the proposed Assignment or Sublease; and (iv) such financial and other information as Landlord may reasonably request concerning the proposed assignee, subtenant or occupant. Any improvements, additions, or alterations to the Premises or either Building that are required by applicable Laws or are deemed necessary or appropriate by Landlord, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, as a result of any such Sublease or Assignment including, without limitation, demising walls and/or other improvements, additions or alterations necessary to cause the Premises to be suitable for multiple tenants (all of the foregoing collectively, “Required Sublease Improvements”), shall be installed and provided by Tenant (or, at Landlord’s sole option, by Landlord but at Tenant’s expense), without cost or expense to Landlord.   • Draw Request At such time as the Borrower shall desire to obtain, subject to the other requirements hereof, a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan, the Borrower shall complete, execute and deliver to the City a properly completed draw request in a form designated by the City, together with the General Contractor's Payment Request which shall have been approved by the City's Inspector and by such other documents as the City may request ("Draw Request"), all in such form as the City may require from time to time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the General Partner shall have no duty or obligation to propose or approve any amendment to this Agreement and may decline to do so free of any duty or obligation whatsoever to the Partnership, any Limited Partner or any other Person bound by this Agreement, and, in declining to propose or approve an amendment to this Agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by law shall not be required to act in good faith or pursuant to any other standard imposed by this Agreement, any Group Member Agreement, any other agreement contemplated hereby or under the Delaware Act or any other law, rule or regulation or at equity, and the General Partner in determining whether to propose or approve any amendment to this Agreement shall be permitted to do so in its sole and absolute discretion.   • Request for Review Within sixty (60) days after receiving notice from the Plan Administrator that a claim has been denied (in part or all of the claim), then claimant (or their duly authorized representative) may file with the Plan Administrator, a written request for a review of the denial of the claim. The claimant (or his duly authorized representative) shall then have the opportunity to submit written comments, documents, records and other information relating to the claim. The Plan Administrator shall also provide the claimant, upon request and free of charge, reasonable access to, and copies of, all documents, records and other information relevant (as defined in applicable ERISA regulations) to the claimant’s claim for benefits.

Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2.
