Waiver of Time Limits. Any of the time limits contained in this procedure may be waived upon the mutual written agreement of both parties, except that the waiver of any of the time limits contained in Step 1 of this procedure can only be agreed to on the part of the District by the Fire Chief or his Chief Deputy.
