Waiver of Reinstatement. Executive waives any reinstatement or future employment with Company and agrees never to apply for employment or otherwise seek to be hired, rehired, employed, re-employed, or reinstated by Company or any of its affiliated companies or corporations.
Waiver of Reinstatement. By entering into this Agreement, the Employee acknowledges that the Employee waives any claim to reinstatement and/or future employment with the Employer. The Employee further acknowledges that the Employee is not and shall not be entitled to any payments, benefits or other obligations from the Released Parties whatsoever (except as expressly set forth in this Agreement).

Tenant hereby waives all rights under California Code of Civil Procedure Sections 1174 and 1179 and California Civil Code Section 3275 providing for relief from forfeiture and any other right now or hereafter existing to redeem the Premises or reinstate this Lease after termination pursuant to this Article 19 or by order or judgment of any court or by any legal process.
Waiver of Reinstatement. Clause 18.2 shall not apply to the extent that the Landlord notifies the Tenant in writing at any time before the last three months of the Term that it does not require any works of reinstatement specified in that notice to be carried out. If the Landlord serves notice under this clause 18.3, the Tenant shall not carry out the works specified in that notice.
