WAIVER OF MINIMUM STANDARDS. No commercial aeronautical operator will be allowed to operate or provide services not in compliance with these Minimum Standards unless unusual circumstances exist which may give cause for consideration of a temporary waiver. The City may, at its sole discretion, waive or modify any portion of the Minimum Standards for any person or entity when it is determined that such waiver is in best interest of the public and will not result in unjust discrimination against other commercial aeronautical operators at FBMA. Any initial waiver will not exceed 12 months. However any waiver may be reviewed annually and extended in sole discretion of City.
