Waiver Due to Emergency. In cases of emergency declared by the President of the United States, the Governor of the State of Ohio, the Mayor, the Federal or State Legislature, or for reasons such as acts of God, the following conditions of this Agreement shall automatically be suspended, not to exceed a maximum of two (2) calendar days unless mutually agreed to by the City and the Union:
