Waiver and Breach. No failure by a Party to insist upon the strict performance of any covenant, agreement, term, or condition of this Addendum shall constitute a waiver of any such breach or such covenant, agreement, term, or condition. Any Party may waive compliance by the other Party with any of the provisions of this Addendum if done so in writing. No waiver of any provision shall be construed as a waiver of any other provision or any subsequent waiver of the same provision.
Waiver and Breach. The waiver by either party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other party shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of that provision or any other provision hereof.
Waiver and Breach. No waiver of the enforcement or breach of any portion of this Agreement is a waiver of any other breach or of the enforcement of any other portion of the Agreement. No extension of time for performance is an extension of the time for any other performance.
