VIOLATION OF NO-SMOKING POLICY. Resident acknowledges and agrees that Owner has the right to terminate the Agreement or right of occupancy of the Leased Premises for any violation of the No-Smoking Policy. Violation of any of the provisions of this Addendum will be deemed a material violation of the Agreement.
