VIOLATION AND PENALTY. Any person who violates, disobeys, neglects, omits or refuses to comply with, or resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this section shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter ILHR 14 Adm. Code or forfeit not less than $5.00 nor more than $5,00.00, together with current costs, jail and penalty assessments, automation fees, and all other costs, fees and assessments imposed by the Wisconsin State Statutes. Each violation and each day a violation continues or occurs shall constitute a separate offense. Nothing in this Code shall preclude maintaining any appropriate action to prevent or remove a violation of any provision of this Code.

VIOLATION AND PENALTY. A. No Contractor or Bidder shall knowingly falsify any required reports, statements or payroll certifications. Any Contractor who knowingly falsifies reports, statements, the certification of payroll, or any certification, documentation, and data requested under the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and is liable for the civil fine specified in Section 1501-99
VIOLATION AND PENALTY. A. It is unlawful for any person to smoke in an area where smoking is prohibited provided by the provisions of this chapter. It is unlawful for any person to use tobacco in any area where tobacco use is prohibited by the provisions of this chapter. It is unlawful for any person who owns, operates or otherwise controls a public place or place of employment to fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter.
VIOLATION AND PENALTY. Any person who violates or neglects to comply with any provision of this Section, or any regulation promulgated pursuant thereto, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $500.00 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which such violation occurs or continues.

  • Statutory Penalties The defendant understands that upon his plea of guilty to Count One of the indictment charging him with conspiracy, the maximum penalty the Court may impose is not more than five years of imprisonment, a $250,000.00 fine, three years of supervised release, an order of restitution, and a $100.00 mandatory special assessment which must be paid in full at the time of sentencing.
