The opinions set forth below are based on the Code, the legislative history with respect thereto, rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, and published rulings, court decisions and administrative authorities issued with respect to all of the foregoing, all as in effect and existing on the date hereof, and all of which are subject to change at any time, possibly on a retroactive basis.   • Line section means either that portion of an EDU's electric system connected to a customer bounded by automatic sectionalizing devices, the end of the distribution line, or a line segment identified as appropriate for study by a utility engineer.

  • Child-headed household means a household where the main caregiver of the said household is younger than 18 years of age. Child-headed household means a household headed by a child as defined in terms of section 28(3) of the Constitution.

  • General Enforceability Exceptions has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
