Vessel tracking. It is agreed that the Charterers may from the time of fixing until completion of the charter period employ an Inmarsat C tracking system on the vessel. Such tracking system works using data provided automatically from the vessel’s on-board Inmarsat C system and can be installed simply, either remotely, or on some older systems, with minimal set up. The system will automatically provide information on the vessel’s position at set intervals. Such information is displayed through password controlled Internet access. (Charterers will, if required, supply the Owners with read-only access to this information through a website). All registration and direct communication costs relating to this tracking system will be for the Charterers’ account. The Charterers will advise the Owners when the system is operative and confirm termination on completion of this charter. The OWNERS are required to supply the following information to the Charterers to enable installation, such information to form part of this charter.
