Common use of Variation of period of parental leave Clause in Contracts

Variation of period of parental leave. Unless agreed otherwise between the Employer and Employee, where an Employee takes leave under Clause 56.8 and/or paragraph (a) of this clause an Employee may apply to their Employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change must be notified in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of the changed arrangements.

Variation of period of parental leave. Unless agreed otherwise between the Employer and Employee, where an Employee takes leave under Clause 56.8 and/or paragraph (a) of this clause Clause an Employee may apply to their Employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change must be notified in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of the changed arrangements.

Any such change variation must be notified in writing to the Employer at least two six (6) weeks prior to the start commencement of the changed arrangements. Nothing in this clause detracts from the basic entitlement in clauses 2.48.3 and the NES.

Unless agreed otherwise between the Employer employer and Employeeemployee, where an Employee employee takes leave under Clause 56.8 and/or paragraph (aclause 38.2.1 and 38.6.1(b) of this clause an Employee employee may apply to their Employer employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change must be notified in writing at least two weeks prior to the start commencement of the changed arrangements.

Variation of period of parental leave. 52.17.1 Unless agreed otherwise between the Employer employer and Employeeemployee, where an Employee employee takes leave under Clause 56.8 and/or paragraph (a) of this clause clauses 52.8,1and 52.14.1(b), an Employee employee may apply to their Employer employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change must be notified in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of the changed arrangements.

Unless agreed otherwise between the Employer and Employee, where an Employee takes leave under Clause 56.8 and/or paragraph (aclause 45.2.1 and 45.6.1(b) of this clause an Employee may apply to their Employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change must be notified in writing at least two weeks prior to the start commencement of the changed arrangements.

Variation of period of parental leave. Unless agreed otherwise between the Employer employer and Employeeemployee, where an Employee employee takes leave under Clause 56.8 and/or paragraph (a) of this clause 27.2.1 an Employee employee may apply to their Employer employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change must be notified in writing at least two weeks prior to the start commencement of the changed arrangements.

Unless agreed otherwise between the Employer employer and Employeeemployee, where an Employee employee takes leave under Clause 56.8 and/or paragraph (aclause 1.2.1 and 1.6.1(b) of this clause an Employee employee may apply to their Employer employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change must be notified in writing at least two weeks prior to the start commencement of the changed arrangements.

Variation of period of parental leave. 49.14.1 Unless agreed otherwise between the Employer employer and Employeeemployee, where an Employee employee takes leave under Clause 56.8 and/or paragraph (a) of this clause 49.8.1 and 49.13.1.2 an Employee employee may apply to their Employer employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change must be notified in writing at least two weeks prior to the start commencement of the changed arrangements.

Variation of period of parental leave. Unless agreed otherwise between the Employer and Employee, where an Employee takes leave as summarised under Clause 56.8 53.7 and/or paragraph (a) of this clause Clause 53.18(a)(i), an Employee may apply to their Employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion, subject to sections 75, 76 and 77 of the Fair Work Act. Any such change must be notified in writing at least two four weeks prior to the start of the changed arrangements.

Variation of period of parental leave. Unless agreed otherwise between the Employer and Employee, where an Employee takes leave under Clause 56.8 and/or sub-clause 41.8 and sub-paragraph (a41.15.2(b) of this clause an Employee may apply to their Employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change must be notified in writing at least two weeks prior to the start commencement of the changed arrangements.

Variation of period of parental leave. 47.11.1 Unless agreed otherwise between the Employer employer and Employeeemployee, where an Employee employee takes leave under Clause 56.8 and/or paragraph (aclause 47.3.1 and 47.8.1(b) of this clause an Employee employee may apply to their Employer employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change must be notified in writing at least two four weeks prior to the start commencement of the changed arrangements.

Variation of period of parental leave. Unless agreed otherwise between the Employer and Employee, where an Employee takes leave under Clause 56.8 and/or paragraph (a) of this clause 18.9.1 or requests an extended period under clause 18.9.10, an Employee may apply to their Employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change must is to be notified in writing at least two as soon as possible, with preferably eight (8) weeks notice, but no less than four (4) weeks notice prior to the start commencement of the changed arrangements.
