Valuation Assessment. Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, may attempt to obtain a lowering of the assessed valuation of the Premises for any year for the purpose of reducing taxes thereon. In such event, upon Tenant’s request, Landlord shall use its reasonable efforts to assist Tenant in such endeavor, provided Landlord shall not be required to expend any monies in such effort.
