Common use of Vacations and Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacations and Sick Leave. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation annually to be taken in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy in effect from time to time and at such time or times as may be mutually agreed upon by the Company and Executive; provided, however, that if for any reason Executive does not take the full four (4) weeks’ vacation in any given year, Executive shall be entitled to accrue and carry over such vacation time according to the policy established by the Company.
