Common use of Vacations and Other Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacations and Other Leave. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall receive at least three (3) weeks paid vacation per year, accrued in advance upon the Effective Date of this Agreement, or on the extension date of future periods. The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other members of the Company's executive management.
