Common use of Vacation; Paid Time Off Clause in Contracts

Vacation; Paid Time Off. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible to receive paid time off in accordance with the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time and as required by applicable law.

Vacation; Paid Time Off. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be eligible entitled to receive paid time off in accordance with the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time and as required by applicable law.

During While Executive is employed by the Employment TermCompany hereunder, Executive shall be eligible to receive accrue paid time off each year in accordance with the Company’s 's policies for executive officers as such policies may exist and practices in effect from time to time; provided, however, that Executive shall accrue paid time and off each pay period at a rate of four weeks per year. Paid time off shall be taken at such times so as required by applicable lawnot to unduly disrupt the operations of the Company.
