Common use of Vacation Buy Program Clause in Contracts

Vacation Buy Program. (a) Effective January 1, 2015, employees will be allowed to purchase up to five (5) additional vacation days (40 hours maximum) per calendar year. Vacation purchased must be in whole day increments up to a maximum of 40 hours total. Any vacation purchased shall be in addition to the employee’s vacation entitlement in accordance with the table in Section 2(a) above and any deferred vacation carried over in accordance with Section 6 above.
