USE OF THE Residential / Commercial. The Allottee shall use the Apartment or any part thereof or permit the same to be used only for purpose of residential. That in the allottee can not use it for purpose of any commercial activities or for purpose is PG . The Allottee shall use the parking space only for purpose of keeping or parking vehicle. The Allottee of shop and sub sequent purchaser shall use the Shop or any part thereof or permit the same to be used only for purpose of office/show-room/shop/ for carrying on any industry or business (Except Unisex Salon, pan –xxxxx, tea stall, flour factory, tire puncture, any bakery or cafe in which non veg food is made or will be made and hard wear shop etc which can make the nuisance at surrounding). He shall use parking space only for purpose of keeping or parking vehicle. That the allottee of shop will not put sign board for advertisement having height/width more than 3 feet. The allottee has agreed that they will not encroach common area near the residence/office/show-room/shop/ for purpose of putting any thing. The allottee of Shop/Residential shall not store any goods which are of hazardous, Combustible or dangerous nature or are so heavy as to damage the construction or structure of the building and in case any damage occurred in future due to this allottees are responsible for the same.
