Use of State Facilities. The Department will permit CAHP to use State facilities for membership meetings and conferences, upon reasonable advance notice to the appropriate Department representative, and subject to operating needs of the Department. CAHP shall reimburse the Department for additional expenses incurred as a result of CAHP use of such State facilities.
