Common use of Use of State Facilities Clause in Contracts

Use of State Facilities. The State shall permit IUOE to use certain facilities subject to the operating needs of the State. Requests for use of such State facilities shall be made in advance to the appropriate State official. When required in advance, IUOE shall reimburse the State for additional expenses.
