Use of Licensee’s Information. Licensee agrees to allow Licensor to store and use Licensee's business contact information only, including names, business phone numbers and business e-mail addresses, anywhere Licensor does business. Such information will be only processed and used for communicating with Licensee and providing support. The Licensor can use Licensee's name, address and logo in Licensor's client list and the list may be available, in full or in part, to the public.

Use of Licensee’s Information. AT&T agrees to take all steps reasonably necessary to hold in trust and confidence Licensee’s Information. AT&T hereby agrees to hold such Licensee’s Information in strict confidence, not to disclose it to third parties or to use it, in any way, commercially or otherwise, other than as permitted under this Agreement. AT&T will limit the disclosure of Licensee’s Information to employees, consultants, agents, contractors, affiliated companies and representatives with a need to know who will not be considered as “third parties” and who: (i) have been advised of the proprietary nature thereof; and (ii) have acknowledged the express obligation to maintain such confidentiality. AT&T’s obligations set forth herein shall remain in effect for two (2) years from the receipt of Licensee’s Information considered or deemed to be confidential information, but such obligation of confidentiality will not expire for Licensee’s Information considered or deemed to be a trade secret under applicable law.

Use of Licensee’s Information. Licensor shall be permitted to use all test information furnished by Licensee under this Agreement for any and all purposes. Licensor shall have the right to disclose the fact that Licensee and Licensor are engaged in an Alpha Test of Licensor’s software.

  • Specific Restrictions on Use of Licensed Materials Unauthorized Use. Licensee shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to use the Licensed Materials.

  • Use of Confidential Information The parties agree that during the term of this Agreement and thereafter, Confidential Information is to be used solely in connection with satisfying their obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and that a party shall neither disclose Confidential Information to any third party, nor use Confidential Information for its own benefit, except as may be necessary to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement or as expressly authorized in writing by the other party, as the case may be. If and to the extent any Agent of the recipient receive Confidential Information, such recipient party shall be responsible for such Agent’s full compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and shall be liable for any such Agent’s non-compliance.

  • Use of De-identified information De-identified information may be used by the Contractor for the purposes of development, research, and improvement of educational sites, services, or applications, as any other member of the public or party would be able to use de-identified data pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31(b). Contractor agrees not to attempt to re-identify de-identified Student Data.

  • Confidentiality and Use of Information (a) Consultant shall hold in trust for the District, and shall not disclose to any person, any confidential information.
