The number of Inner-Ducts which can reasonably be installed will be determined by AT&T- 22STATE.

Efficient Use of Conduit. To ensure efficient use of conduits, SWBT will, when cable diameters permit, install inner ducts in multiples that fully utilize duct space (typically three or four inner ducts in a full four-inch duct) as needed for SWBT’s own business purposes and to accommodate Applicant and other joint users; provided, however, that SWBT will not be required to install inner duct in advance of need or in anticipation of potential future requests for access by Applicant and other joint users. In addition, the parties shall, in accordance with SWBT’s duct selection standards, install cables in inner duct when cable diameters permit.
