Use of Land for Agricultural Purposes. The land described is leased for agricultural purposes. All the leased land that is suitable for farming shall be farmed each year, in a good and farm-like manner. If the land or any part thereof is not so farmed, or is permitted to deteriorate, or if any waste is caused or permitted thereon by lessee, this lease may be terminated on 30 days notice by lessor. Waste, as the term is employed herein, shall include the cutting or removal of any timber on the land and equipment/supplies left on the premises after planting and/or harvesting is completed.
