Use Following an Accident. Any person required to take a post-accident alcohol test under this policy is prohibited from using alcohol until he/she undergoes a post-accident test. Such a test shall be conducted no later than eight (8) hours after the accident occurs.

Use Following an Accident. No driver required to take a post-accident test under S382.303* shall use alcohol for eight hours following the accident, or until he/she undergoes a post-accident alcohol test, whichever occurs first.
