Termination following a Change of Control definition

Termination following a Change of Control means a Termination of Employment within two years after a Change of Control either:
Termination following a Change of Control means a Termination of the Employee without Cause by the Company in connection with or within two years following a Change of Control or a termination by the Employee for Good Reason of the Employee's employment with the Company within two years following a Change of Control.
Termination following a Change of Control means a Termination of Employment during a Change of Control Period either (i) initiated by the Company for any reason other than Disability or Cause, or (ii) initiated by Executive for Good Reason.

Termination following a Change of Control means a Termination of Employment within one (1) year after a Change of Control either:
