Use, Family. Upon the exhaustion of all available or allowable compensated sick leave and all compensated personal leave, the teacher shall be entitled to use non-compensated sick leave at the annual rate of not more than ten (10) days based on a standard work year for illnesses, injuries, or deaths in the family or household as provided under the first paragraph of Section 901.1.3 above and subject to the provisions of Sections 901.1.5 and 901.1.6 above.
