Union Notice Board. The Company agrees to provide three (3) closed in notice board spaces, one (1) in the main hall, one (1) in the cafeteria and one (1) in the new warehouse for the exclusive use of the Union for the posting of Union notices. All such notices must be signed by the proper officer of the Local Union and be submitted to the Human Resources Manager or his/her designated representative, for his/her concurrence.
